Synopsis: Gabriel, the archangel, is consumed with guilt for killing his fellow angels during Lucifer’s rebellion. Gabriel’s fundamental core has been rocked. He questions everything he has ever believed. His faith is gone. Gabriel takes his horn and abandons Heaven in search of a new foundation. He takes up residence in a dive bar in Bushwick, where he plays red-hot jazz, drinks hard, and seduces women who are spellbound by his music. With a taste of free will, for the first time, Gabriel is content with his new life...until Heaven wants him back.
